By purchasing gold through our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of Transactions

  • Gold purchased on atlasgolddigital.com represents value-based gold purchases only
  • Physical gold can be collected only by visiting our authorized store location in person
  • We do not provide online encashment or cash settlement of gold value

  • Gold purchased on atlasgolddigital.com represents value-based gold purchases only
  • We have partnered with a logistics company, Blue Dart, to facilitate the secure delivery of gold to our customers at their respective physical locations.
  • At the time of order confirmation, we collect the necessary delivery details from customers through a structured form.
  • Based on the information provided, the shipment is processed and dispatched via our logistics partner, ensuring safe and timely delivery to the specified address.
  • Product is delivered within 5-7 days.
  • We do not provide online encashment or cash settlement of gold value.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable
  • No returns, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted once a transaction is successfully completed
  • Refunds shall not be issued under any circumstances, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Market price fluctuations
    • Inability or delay in visiting the store
    • Personal, financial, or logistical reasons

3. Gold Collection Process

  • Customers must visit the designated ATLAS GOLD DIGITAL store with:
    • Valid government-issued photo ID
    • Purchase confirmation / invoice
    • Any additional verification documents as required
  • Gold will be issued only against the equivalent value purchased
  • Collection is subject to:
    • Successful payment confirmation
    • Completion of mandatory KYC requirements
    • Availability of gold at the store

4. No Cash or Online Settlement

  • No conversion of gold value into cash
  • No bank transfers
  • No online or digital redemption

5. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails due to technical reasons, the amount shall be reversed or refunded by the payment gateway after verification.

6. User Acknowledgement

  • You understand there is no return or refund
  • You agree to collect physical gold only from our store
  • You waive any claim for online encashment or refund
